Express entry and PR

Hi there,

I have already filed an application for PR and have already received my file number and currently waiting for application to be processed. I am reading a lot about the Express Entry program for the past few months and wondering whether i can still enter the Express Entry program while my application is under process?

Can anyone enlighten me on this please? My application in for Quebec province.

Might create problems for you. Applying under the Quebec program means you have plans to settle in Quebec. The Express Entry / FSW program is for individuals who want to settle outside of Quebec.
