Express entry and PNP together?

I have a high point in Express Entry (470+), already received ITA and preparing my application to submit.

My question is can I/should I apply for a PNP as well? Do people with Express Entry also apply for PNP? I'm a little confused.

I'm trying to land in Toronto or Vancouver. My experience is in Software Engineering Management (NOC 0213)

PNP is a way to increase your chance to receive ITA. If you have already received the ITA then that's it. You can go ahead and prepare your application. Good luck
