I am currently working in the US and my H-1B did not picked up in the draw and I my visa expires this year. I had applied for Express Entry as a backup and have what I believe is a good score (481) and expect to be picked in the draw soon.
I have talked to my company regarding moving me to their office in Canada and it is something they are currently looking into. With this in mind, I had a few questions I was hoping this forum could help me answer

- Would the Intra-Company transfer or the Express Entry program be faster for me ?
- Since I am in Express Entry pool, would there be any issue if my company applied for Intra-Company transfer for me ?
