Express Entry and Arrima accounts at the same time

I have this question in my mind since I applied for PR through EE. before getting the ITA (PNP outland) I had created an account in all possible platforms (PEI, Nova Scotia, SINP) as well as in Quebec's new system Arrima. After the ITA I deleted the other accounts but not the Arrima one. Will it somehow cause any issues having that? Do I have to delete it while still at AOR phase?
