Express Entry 440 points

Hi,
I have 440 points under the express entry system, got some questions to ask:
1. My Work permit expires in juy 2016, any chance of getting ITA before that?
2. how long does the IELTS results hold good until (How many years)?
3. how many statements we have to show regarding proof of funds?

Please help, if anyone has got info about these questions.

1. Unlikely.

2. 2 years from date of exam.

3. None at all. Applicants show 6 months of bank statements to conclusively prove to CIC that they haven't borrowed funds to showcase POF. One can do the same thing without sharing any bank statements by getting the bank to issue a letter which provides present account balance and 6 months average balance in addition to other details required by CIC. In fact, this is the de facto requirement from CIC. Sending 6 month bank statements is a convenient workaround.

HELLO. NOT TO DISAPPOINT YOU BUT TO BE PRACTICAL, IF YOUR WP IS EXPIRING IN JULY THIS YEAR. IT IS NOT A WISE DECISION TO WAIT FOR THE SCORE TO COME DOWN AND EVEN THOUGH IT COMES DOWN NOT UPTO TO 440 BY JULY.(SPECULATING FROM THE PREVIOUS TRENDS)
IELTS IS GOOD FOR 2 YEARS
6 MONTHS STATEMENTS NEEDED IF YOU GET ITA UNDER FSW. FOR CEC SETTLEMENT FUNDS NOT REQUIRED.

My Profile shows criteria met for both CEC and FSW.
Should I consider taking FSW off then?
Also What can be my next agenda if I do not receive ITA until my Work Permit Expires?

Same situation bud ! I am thinking of going back to school...it's so annoying.. just 10 points away.. I am at 441

Is it true that we can only get Work permit for 1 time?

Yes only once.. so when we finish studies, we will have to leave country Immediately. But hey, at least we will be above 450 and almost certain to be selected in next couple of draws... ( I will be at 463 with another year of studies )We will have to process that file from back home....

Or we can be lucky enough to see the points come down to our score and we get selected while studying...

I will have my points go to 460ish as I will be completing 3 years of work experience, and maybe can go for part time study so as to continue full time work.

sine you have over 400 points, Ontario PNP is a good option!

Just a 3 year diploma in Business Admin
