5) What happened last year. The release of the levels plan is usually accompanied by a report on immigration in the previous year.

Let's wait for Wednesday (March 9th) guys. We might have several good things happen to us: another EE draw, official Immigration Plan for 2016 with quotas for all immigration streams and 2015 Report for Express Entry. We can at least make educated guess regarding the current situtation of the EE pool, average scores of applicants, etc.
