Exploratory Visa for entrepreneur stream

I seem to meet all requirements for the entrepreneur stream in most of the provinces ie net worth 1 million CAD.
It appears that the first hurdle is an exploratory visit, i hear that the visa rejection rate is quite high.
Has anyone done this, any advice or tips will be appreciated.

My recommendation would be to have a coherent plan in place.

1. Where precisely will you be visiting? What cities or regions?
2. Do you have appointments made with anyone? Consultants, Lawyers, PNP Offices?
3. Are there specific industries that you are targeting?
4. Have you been in contact with any brokers regarding current opportunities?

These are all things that I would recommend that you line up before submitting an application for a visa.
