Explanation on simple paper or affidavit.

Hello,

For any explanation to be sent to CHC (Delhi) has it to on simple paper or in the form of affidavit For example

1) My previous company name have been changed (They have given me in writing that I use to work under old compnay name)

Please advice should the explanation be on simple paper or affidavit

Hi,

No need for affidavit. If the company have given their letter in their letter head with their stamp, it is valid.
If you want to explain about the change, you can make it in the plain paper.

Make sure that the letter they have given in writing is on letter head of the company and it is signed and stamped as well.
