What factors they ( embassy people ) see of an applicant when they reject Visa for reason that you will not canada after your studies ?

Ideally they do not give a specific reason rather give you a generic rejection letter. One should apply for CAIPS notes to find out the exact reason of rejection.
It could be;
1. course mismatch,
2. financial status,
3. previous job mismatch,
4. Language issue etc etc.

If you have a very good academics. Even a course mismatch will not effect your visa. This is what I have observed.
