Expiry date of a Status

Hello,

Please help me with this question:

I arrived in Canada on March 15, 2019 with a Study Permit valid till March 14, 2021. On October 18, 2019 I applied for refugee Claimant and my case got approved on February 20, 2021.
I have my PR for two years and I want to apply for citizenship Canada, but I got confuse. What is the the expiry date of my student status? Is it a day mention on my study permit, or the day before I applied for refugee? Or the day right before my refugee approval?

Yes, the expiry date is the day before your refugee approval
