Yes it should be good till date it is mentioned. For safe side land atleast one dag ahead before expiry.
Really never advisable to leave to the last minute to land. Look what has happened in last few weeks, flights cancelled , airspace closed , countries shutting down . Even if things are normal always advisable to arrive a week before expiry just in case.
If someone wants to take the risk to arrive day before or day of expiry is up to them but not wise decision.
With the current emergency and travel restrictions allowances will probably be made given for at least next couple months travel will be pretty near impossible.
