Maybe clarify your question given in your other post you said you were currently denied ability to travel to Canada. Are you referring to you or your daughter getting a spouse sponsorship for PR ?
I am being sponsored by my husband currently I am in Canada with expired visa but we haven't sent off any applications yet. Could immigration refuse our sponsorship application for being overstayeda or not having status?
