(Expired study permit)I have one semester to graduate. What should I do?

I had been studying for 4 years in Canada. Because I transfer to new major, I couldn't finish it in time. So I have one semester left to graduate(3 more courses). Also, due to financial issue, I had to go to military for 2 years. Now I am out. I want to continue to study. what should i do?

You need to apply for a new study permit. You'll need a letter from your school confirming that they will accept you as a student and allow you to complete your studies.

But is it possible for me to apply study permit even though I'm part time student

Yes - it's possible to get a study permit for part time studies. However you won't be able to work on campus or off campus - and you also won't qualify for a PGWP.
