Our COPR was issued in May and it expired on 28th August 2020. In the meantime, my wife's passport was sent for renewal to the Indian embassy. We expect to have that back in a couple of weeks. Although, we could not travel during the ongoing pandemic, we feel that we might be able to travel and settle permanently in a couple of months.
Could you please suggest the best course of action for us moving forward ? I am thinking of raising a webform to inform IRCC about the new document (passport) once it arrives and simultaneously telling them of our willingness to travel in a couple of months (from the US). Does this seem like the best course of action ? Is anyone else facing a similar situation ? Do you think we will have to get medicals and PCC done again ?
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
