I am already in the express entry pool with 3.5 years of canadian work experience. Will my canadian work experience expires after certain period?
Yes. It will eventually expire. You need to have at least one year of work experience within the last three years at the time you receive ITA and submit your complete application.
I am currently inside Canada working. I resigned my job and moving out of the country in December. How long will my 3.5 years canadian experience valid in the pool? I know my express entry profile expires in a year. But still I can make a new profile and remain in the pool. But will my canadian experience counts since I am going out of country. If yes, then for how long will it counts?
Yes, you can apply from outside of Canada.
As mentioned, you need to have at least one year of Canadian work experience within the last three years to qualify.
