Expidited H&C in Canada

I exhausted all my appeals to stay in Canada but failed. I am under removal order for the last two years and I report regulary. I am also a very sick person with heart failure and I need surgery and support from within Canada. My doctors and cardiologists are very supportive and so far they have done a lot for me. But without OHIP, I get not surgery and continue to lead a low quality of life. I am 50 yrs old. We asked OHIP for special coverage and are waiting for replies but It will even be better if I can apply for H&C based on the long time I have been in Canada, 20yrs, studied and worked(20yrs). My docs also think it will be hopless to send me back home to die when they are willing to give me support that is found here but not back home. My question is to this forum: How do I go applying for H&C so that it moves quickly as opposed to years it takes normally? As it is now, I don't know why CBSA has not removed me, whether they consider my medical issues or they cannot get travel documents for me or my home country will not accept me. I think it is all above. By the way I cannot pay for Lawer right now as I exhausted all my legal Aid entitlement except for three hours

Unfortunatey there is no speedy ways to get PR based on H&C. How to apply , IMHO, you still should ask a lawyer.

Usually they do not charge for the first consultation. So find one you never talked to.

I think you can certainly apply for H&C given how long you have been in Canada and your medical condition. There's no expedite process - so it's in your best interest to get the application in as soon as you can. As Regina said, it would be best to work with a lawyer, but I realize that's not an option. Make sure you include strong proof that supports any claims you make for H&C.
