I am applying for PhD in different universities but my husband wants to apply to in any program in a university simultaneously so if i wont get admission we can use his admission to apply for study permit. We are from Pakistan. He has done B.Com after that he has 15 years work experience related to HR and Marketing. He is interested in doing any one year diploma or Master degree( preferably which does not required GRE or GMAT) related to his field. what are his options?
