Experts on PNP, please answer query

my primary NOC is 0213 and secondary 2171. My CRS 346 and submitted EE profile in April 1st week and selected all Provinces.

IELTS scores - Speaking 8.5, Reading 7, Listening -7, Writing -8

Total experience around 15 years includes 10 years US experience. Bachelors from India and Master of Science from USA.

I know my scores are low but heard that this year due to strict policies in US, Canada could relax further cut off scores and invite more immigrants. Any one having idea in near future about any changes in PNP nomination for better chances and specially in any Province for 0213, 2171 ?

Nowadays it is closed but open anytime. Didn't open yet this year. Their application process difficult because their website quality is very poor. But their processing is very fast. They provide nominations in 1 to 2 month. Whereas SINP provides in 8 to 9 months. This category is Non regulated here .
