Respected Members,

My parents got a 4 year super visa in 2018 from Pakistan on my brother in law's sponsorship who is in Canada but due to strict covid 19 border rules and restrictions and some other personal scenarios they have not landed Canada till now.

Their visa is expiring in December 2022 so is their any way to extend their visa or will they face any issues while applying for a fresh super visa next time. My brother in law has now switched his job so he cannot show that particular level of financial support as per the Canadian income benchmark to support them again so what should we do now ?

Please reply ASAP,
Thanks.

There is no way to extend. They will have to submit a brand new application and meet all of the requirements again. If your brother can no longer meet LICO then applying for a new super visa is not an option. They will need to apply for a regular TRV.

Super visa issued in 2018
Again. Brand new application. There are no extensions. All of the requirements need to be met including the sponsor's income. If your brother no longer meets the income requirements, then the super visa is no longer an option. Only a regular TRV is an option.
