I have a three years of Diploma in purchasing and materials managment (part time).
And 5 years work Experience , My Designation was Purchaing coordinator .
But I have done Job duties of Purchasing manger as clssified .
My question is :-
Can I Apply for NOC 0113 Purchasing manger catogory?

I am planning to apply for FSW under 0113 Purchasing Manger, Since i have one year of experience and roles are matched with NOC Printable version PDF file.

My question is, I saw In that PDF as for employment, Purchasing manger requires several years of experience, if so can i apply under this group since i have only one year of experience.
