The employer never applied for LMO/LMIA. They need help to hire a TFW.

A quick look on Google suggests that between $800-1800 might be a reasonable estimate, however nothing popped up in the area you are looking at. That wouldn't include the $1000 fee for the application or the costs for the mandatory advertising.
