Hi,

I have a question please help me:

After completion of polytechnic (3 years), I worked in a company for 3-1/2 years until 2011. But in 2010, I took admission for bachelors and discontinued due to health issues and took readmission in 2011 and completed my bachelors.

1. Right now, it is calculating as 2-1/2 years experience when i enter in express entry pool and my points decreased.
2. The company I worked has been closed permanently

could anyone please help me on this.

So your education should not have any impact on your work experience. What are the start and end dates you entered, and the # of hours you worked per week?

Hi Jes,

My education (Bachelors) dates i entered as Aug 2010 to June 2014 because my memo shows year of admission as 2010-2011 and i entered my work experience details from Aug 2007 to Apr 2011 worked as full-time (40 hours a week)

OK, so you can only count work experience in the past 10 years, your experience from Aug 2007-Dec 10 2008 is no longer eligible... so you will only get credit for 2 years.

(Has nothing to do with the dates of education)
