Experience working in TCS

Hi,

I am canadian PR holder working in US. I am moving to Canada for good.

I got a job offer from TCS. I am debating, should i ask for contracting position or full time offer in TCS in canada. I have bitter experience in USA working with TCS companies. They offer the position but then try to replace with the internal candidate as soon as they get the visa. Anyone experience working in TCS in Canada
