Does anyone here have any experience with transfer wise to transfer large amount of money from us bank account to Canada bank account ? Mid six figure USD range ? Is it safe? I heard about frozen account issues ? Does anyone have experience with making large transfers?

I used to sent 10k usd to US Bank account. No issues at all. Worth noticing I are been using them for sporadic transfer of couple 2k in the past 2 years.
either way they will ask you to verify your identity. Double check the limits you have for each currency transfer (daily, monthly)
