At the time i joined my company, I had to work basic title (which is not mentioned anywhere on pay stubs or T4s) and basic pay for 4 months.

However, all my duties were of a manger/supervisor as there was no opening for manager/supervisor at the time of hiring (I was told upon hiring that supervisor post is not available yet, but will be assigned as soon as we have the slot available)

Now if i put my NOC to the basic title, I am unable to complete 2 year points for EE.

My question - Is it possible that I get a letter from my employer stating that my roles were that of a supervisor but the only reason I was not official was that no opening was available at that time hire? (Employer is ready to provide this information)

AFAIK, the title does not matter. The duties and responsibilities must match those of the selected NOC.

And how about the pay level, i have heard there s baisc pay levels for each occupation as well.
But for me i know how patient i had to be to wait for an opening while doing the same job at very low wage.
So i at least want it to be counting my points

If it's inside Canada that can make sense. But you can hardly regulate that worldwide.

Pretty sure about the irrelevance of the job title. Not sure about the remuneration at all.

Ok, thanks. It hink at this point i should consult an immigration expert.as woth this, my points will be 453, without this are 428. So its a significant gap
