I work as a support engineer supporting network operations. My job title per records is support engineer. Can I apply under network support technician. Should the job title matters or only the responsibilities

Always the responsibilities. Job title does not necessarily the same with what is in the NOC, there are other job titles that belongs to one job.

my job title is Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance but I applied as a PHARMACIST. so, the title isn't matter, see if the JD matches the NOC.
