I have worked for less than one year Outside of Canada in a job category which is NOC B classified by CIC. The question is I have worked for more than 1560 hours but in a period of 10 months. Do i qualify to show my One year experience when applying for Express Entry or it is considered as Less than one year experience

What we understand from the instructions mentioned on IRCC website is that you need to complete atleast 12 months of work experience. In my opinion, you still need to work for 2 more months to claim it as 1 year work experience.

No, you have to work one full year `full time` OR the equivalent (1560 hours) in part-time experience.

Regardless of how it is defined where you live or work, IRCC`s definition applies:
Full time is defined as 30 or more hours worked per week
Part time is defined as fewer than 30 hours worked per week

If you work part-time, it will take longer than one year to accumulate 1560 hours.

If you have a combination of part-time and full-time weeks and want to add up hours, you can do that - but the maximum number of hours you can add for a full-time week is 30 hours.

I meant i worked full time 1560 hours and more but i completed these in 10 months. So am do i qualify still??

No, not yet.
You need to complete 12 months work experience in this NOC code to be eligible for EE.
