I want to know is it necessary to get the experience letter stamped as well or is it okay if my manager just signs it? Of course it will be on the company's letter head..pls guide.

A signature verifies a person (who wrote the reference or by the meaning verified it) a Stamp verifies the Corporate itself. And stamps accessibility in a notion are limited to those whom are eligible to represent a company so i guess yes both are essential.
