Experience Letter

Quick question-For showing work experience in 0213 category employer gave letter as:

While employed with us he used following skills:
1>responsibility 1
2>responsibility 2
3>responsibility 3

insteading of using the WORD RESPONSIBILITY they used SKILLS.Is that ok?

Skills and Responsibility are totally different term. Instead of responsibility they could write duties, roles, work area etc. Anyway if you could while letter in private message then i can read. Normally i don't go through every posts. So, there is a good chance of missing if you replied here
