Hi,

If the emlpoyer is not ready to provide the candidate with an experience letter, what is the next best alternative. I have all the appreciation letters, appointment letter, appraisal letters, but the employer may not be able to issue an experience letter stating the job responsibilities..

Kindly advice on what is the next best alternative.

Thank you so much in advance

Employer do not give you experiance letter until you leave the job.

make a affedebit for job responsibilities and notary attestated

Many such companies do not provide these details. In that case, you can send a letter explaining why you couldn't send the required document and send it to local visa office. Also send the copy of duties which you perform yourself.

Hey,

Thank you Punjabi, Katoky and Rocky for the advice. Rocky please advice if I understood the process: I send the letter explaning the reason (for not getting the letter from the employer) and provide a notarized self attested document about the duties I perfomred. However, should I send these documents with the complete application to CIO or send it earlier to the local office? Could not understand this part.

Kindly advice and thank you again.

Hi,

Before you embark on the option of writing a self assessment letter... you will have to prove that you tried to get a Reference letter from your Boss and he refused. Do you have any email traffic regarding the same? If you have then attach that email with your letter.

If you have your employment contract which explains the job details then that should be attached with your self assessment letter (Notarised).

If you a post 26th June applicant, then you have to send everything to CIO.
If you are a pre 26th June applicant then send your detailed full package to your visa office once you get your AOR letter from CIO.
