Hello guys,

I would really appreciate your feedback on the following Experience Letter that I prepared for my experience as a telecom rollout manager. Im planning to go with NOC 0131 with this. Thanks in advance for the feedback.

Experience Letter :​

Designation: Management Trainee, Implementation, Technology

Tenure: Aug,2014 - Aug,2015

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, Jamil looked after the telecom rollout in West Zone of Bangladesh. His main responsibilities included the following:

1. Liaise with senior managers and telecom rollout vendors to plan installation works of telecom equipment and infrastructures.
2. Organize the project charter, milestones, delivery timeline, process flow, handover checklist, etc. for the telecom installation works.
3. Ensure the timely delivery delivery of work by using various project management tools and methods.
4. Ensure that quality of the work delivered meets the requirements of the national telecommunication standard and guideline set by government regulatory body.
5. Analyze the data to find out optimization scopes in work flow and resource allocation. Suggest improvement areas based on the analysis.
6. Work with cross functional team to establish and evaluate policies for better delivery of telecommunication service.

Designation: Senior System Engineer - Access Network Projects

Tenure: Aug,2015 - Feb,2015

Key Responsibilities:

Jamil was promoted to this role from his previous role as Management Trainee. His key responsibilities for this role were same as his previous role but the scope of work increased. He looked after telecom rollout of Grameenphone Ltd. for both North and West Zone of Bangladesh.

NOC 0131 Responsibility according to CIC:​

Telecommunication carriers managers perform some or all of the following duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a telecommunications establishment, department or facility
• Consult with senior managers to establish policies concerned with the development, operation and maintenance of telecommunications services
• Direct and control telecommunications traffic volume and flow within assigned areas, through subordinate supervisors and technical staff
• Analyze and evaluate telecommunications installation, operation and maintenance services and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
• Liaise with representatives of related or connecting companies to resolve joint telecommunications problems and ensure efficient telecommunications system operations
• Recruit personnel and oversee their training.

Thanks a lot. It looks more similar to 2147 now that you mention
I received NOI from ONIP but no ITA from FSW EE. This is not my primary NOC - do you suggest I change the noc to 2147 now?

If it’s not your primary noc, it doesn’t matter much since both nocs are in the category 0,a,b
