Experience Letter doubts

Hello all,

I am preparing my documents to apply for EE under CEC. I also have experience from my home country for one year. I had left that job in 2016.
The experience letter is dated back in April-2018. Is that ok to submit ?

Also the letter addresses to CIC directly, rather than saying "To whom ever it may concern", (I had asked the management to do so, maybe I made a mistake). And now it is difficult to ask for another letter. Is it ok to submit that letter the way it is addressing and the date it has ?

Yes, that is OK

This does not matter at all.
But does the letter meet all the actual requirements?
