I have trying to reach cic at 1-888-242-2100 from within Canada for last week, And each time I am get "due to high call volume we cannot transfer you to a representative", and then they disconnect. Is this similar to what other people have been experiencing? I am calling from within Canada, and between 8am-4pm at various times.
