Can anyone tell me does job stability in India effects the PR application process for Canada ?

I have worked as followed :
Jan-15 Feb-16 Max Life Insurance - 13 Months
Mar-16 Jun-16 Indusind Bank -3 Months
Aug-16 Feb-17 PNB Metlife Insurance- 6 Months
Feb-17 Aug-17 Jio -6 Months
Aug-17 May-18 Saraswati House- 9 Months and Currently working

Total of 37 MOnths, also after 2012, have worked for a small private limited not listed firm for 27 Months.

How my this experience gonna help/affect my PR process as in express entry.
All my work experience is in Sales and Marketing.
