Experience declarations and letters for acquired companies

Hi,
I work for a company Emulex(smaller company) that was acquired by Broadcom(parent). The parent company has honored the years of service in emulex and continued the same in parent company (broadcom).
The parent company has given me experience letter for the whole period from date of joining emulex to present day.

The problem i have is should i mention that i have worked in broadcom throughout since i have only broadcom exp letter. When, where or how must i mention emulex - if at all i have to mention?
any help is really appreciated...
