Dear All

Iam holding a work permit for two years since 2019 as i have opened a business in Canada since that time for ecommerce website . I have done some bank transactions related to sales, in addition I have paid the tax associated to the total sum of the bank transaction in the end of the first year. Now I need to submit my express entry as a Canadian experience PR. However I have managed my business from outside Canada not from inside Canada. Eventhough I was transferring a salary to my self from the business account to my personal al account in Canada so the transactions are genuine. Can you please advice if iam eligible to submit PR in the experience track or not? Thank you in advance
 
Do you have any Canadian work experience that is at least one year that is not self employment? If not, look at your eligibility with Federal Skilled Worker stream.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. However as I told in my post iam working as director in the same company and iam receiving even my offecial salary by transferring the 3000 from the company bank account to my personal account registered as an employee. I can prove them with all pay slips..etc. is this help

Are you apply to CEC or FSW? Confused because in the first post you said you started your own company. So it is counted under FSW not under CEC. Now you say “director” for a company. Is it Canadian company or foreign? From them you need a letter on company letterhead, signed with contact information including your responsibilities, salary & hours worked.

Iam applying under Canadian experience class . Yes iam the director of my own company which is a Canadian company I opened in 2019. Can I apply under this class please. I will provide my self the experience letter and all the details. Does this work?

No. We already told you. Self employment doesn't count under CEC. You can apply under FSW.

Do you have any Canadian work experience that IS NOT with your company.
