Dear seniors, I have a quarry regarding experience Certificates. I’m doing two jobs from last two years. Recently, I applied for study permit and got refused. To justify my study gap I attached experience certificates of only one job. Now I want to apply for express entry on the basis of job I haven’t disclosed in my study permit.

My question is, will it be an issue?

I will be very thankful if someone help me.

It can be an issue, several applicants received a procedural fairness letter (risking a misrepresentation ban) during the processing of their application for further documentation proving the work experience they failed to declare in their study/work permit applications.

As long as you are confident that you have the proof that you worked for such job you can claim the points.

Thanks DelPiero07. I have experience Certificates and salary slips of this job. I didn’t mention this job because it was part time and I was paid cash in hand during this time.

Kindly tell me that What else they can ask to provide?

It was a part time job and I was paid in cash. According to rules of my country I’m exempt from tax for the amount of my salary.

As I have written above, I have only following proof of this job

1)Experience Certificates mentioning all my job responsibilities, salary and working hours.
2)Salary Slips mentioning that I was paid in cash.

So, in this case will it be risky to apply for express entry?
