I am working in a software house since Dec 2003. I appointed as a web developer after I promot as a Team leader and after that as a project manager.
Web Developer

Dec 2003 to March 2005

Team Leader
March 2005 to June 2007

Project Manager
June 2007 till now

Do I need a single certficate of Projec manager or get seprate certficates for each position ?

If it is possible,I think individual letter will show them the depth of your skill.

You need to mention it only in form and not attach it with your application to CIO
