I had seen all these samples, but what I want is the format of nurses' experience certificate which I couldn't find anywhere. Because it's entirety different from the other departments. It would be really helpful if any of the nurses could upload a copy... Thank you

There is no difference. The Reference letter has a standard format which you are supposed to fill.
