CEC Inland Applicant Question :-

I am working on my application post ITA. I am stuck at personal history. I worked in Taco Bell. Once I got a paycheck for about 7 hours from KFC which comes under the same employer. Reason of giving the paycheck was that they do not allow more than 44 per week. I was above 44 hours due to shortage of staff on that week. As consequences, I got T4 in CRA account. That money shows in my NOA net income. Please help and clarify :- As I did not work in KFC, How to tackle this issue in personal history if they come to know in my background check anywhere ? I want to be honest with IRCC.

If it is just as you say, then express that in your letter of explanation. You must also show the week(s) you worked over 44hrs with the two paystubs. Nothing to worry about once you have the documentation to show it. Show the pay slip from Taco Bell and KFC, and the T4 for KFC. Everything should match as you say and that's being completely honest with IRCC.

Thank you. I don't have physical KFC T4, I asked for that T4 to my employer, they either didn't get it or misplaced it. Can I put T4 screenshot from cra account ??

You can print/save the T4 from your CRA account and then upload it to IRCC accordingly. Preferably not screenshots of tax documents.
