I was just wondering if anyone has ever had their CEC application successfully expedited and processed much fasted than the 14 months average time. If so please describe you situation and the reason it was expedited.

The applications that were processed this quickly were a result of CPP-O pilot project... It's no longer a pilot and other VO's closed so that is why there are currently back logs of CEC applications...

Well if you have been following the forums you will know that some post jan 2013 apps have already seen "in process" on their status which is a great sign. Who knows what's happening exactly, but everyone should be hopeful.

However, there is no way to expedite the application as such. If you provided everything that is required and the application is correct, that is the best you can do.
