Expected next draw - January 14-21 - ITA & Implied Status Question

You guys think next draw will be 461 or higher?

Quick Question:
I'm currently under implied status. Lets say I get an invitation by end of Jan (CRS 461) and once i get an invitation, I submit my express entry application.
Right after I submit my application, lets say I get a rejected or incomplete(refused) for work permit extension from the government. Does this mean I have to leave the country? Can I not apply for visitor visa or something to stay here?

You would have to apply to restore your status and also change your status to visitor. You'll be out of status in Canada but can remain in Canada until a decision is made for the restoration applicaion.

If the application is approved, you'll be able to remain in Canada while your PR application is being processed but won't be able to work.
