Expected CRS 360~; How am I eligible when minimum score required is 460~

Hi All,

My IELTS score is 6 in all categories which is CLB7, and my expected CRS score is 360 as per CRS point calculator.

And all recent lots...I see minimum score picked is 460. I have few doubts

1. in this case how am I eligible to get picked?

2. Job offer can get 600 points, but what is the chance of getting job offer (with CRS360) for me (Having 4years experiance in finance and I am indian chartered accountant)

1. You're not going to get picked under Express Entry / FSW unless you can substantially increase your score. You should start looking at the Provincial Nominee programs.
2. It's very difficult to secure a permanent job offer and LMIA to get the extra 600 points.

thanks for reply. Even if i increase my IELTS score to 8, i am not getting much score edition. i am not able to understand how people score up to 460 without having canadian study or canadian work experiance.

For now, there is no difference between Canadian degree vs. foreign degree, as long as you can ECA your foreign degree then you will be awarded the same points as Canadian one.

You have a very low score due to your IETLS score, CLB 7 is simply too low compared to EE's average.

Outland applicants can easily get 481 if they have 3+ yrs work exp + master degree plus CLB 10 Language skill.

You are eligible but will not receive an ITA with such a score at this point in time.

Get yourself a provincial nomination to bump up your scores. It's an additional step to the already arduous process, but it should pay off if you succeed
