Expanded Initials in passport

My name is B madhukar Pillai. My first name in all my documents is B madhukar with initial B. However the pssport has its expanded form which is very long and is my father's name. If i use the expanded name in WES and express entry profile. it will always stay that long name as my first name abroad. I obviously don't want the expnaded name as my identity. What should i do? can i use first name with initials (as in my all other docs) and explain in LoE.

You need to use name as per the passport and I’d suggest you to attach a same name affidavit along with it
