EXHAUSTING WAITING for PPR after REMEDICALS of 2004 BACKLOG cases .........

Dear Forum Members,

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I finally got PPR request today. I got telephone call fm CHC Isb this morning inquiry that visa is ready for issuance but as medical is going to expire on 4-Mar-12, will I be able to travel before this date, I replied I would. So in afternoon I got PPR request via email asking to submit Passport, Photograph, Proof of Funds & Landing Fee within 5 days.

Though timelines are tight as I have to land there before 3-Mar-12, which is roughly 15 days ............ in which first I have to send passport & other docs and then get passport back with visa........... do winding-up in between and get tickets issued {which practically is possible only after getting passports back}.

I am thankful to All forum members for their support & encouragement during this tough time and pray for them, specially Dr Munir, Rahi, Khans's. May Allah ease their difficulties and fulfill their wishes.

You have very less time. plan your flight booking as soon as possible.
But how can you book your flight without PP and visa?
Please ask your travel agent. Act very fast.

Time is realy an issue, my medical is valid till 2-3-12 and I was asked for passport on 16-2-12, thursday, and within two days otherwise file closed. Only one working day friday was available. I send passport today will be received on monday. Let us see. Booking is another issue. Lahore to Dubai is full due to Umra session.

I know noman, but what i am surprised about is that we have not even being asked to go through medical or anything.
Its just blank. In process that it is for now.
Did any one of you wrote emails to CHC Islamabad or CHC London about the application process(after exceeding the time limit mentioned in the CIC website) ?

Irfan and Dr Sahib you will definitely got visa tomorrow, I received today because my medical is valid till 2-3-12. Exactly after 7 years and 5 months the wait comes to an end.

Hello All
I am 2004 applicant from Islamabad.
File was transferred to London on 20 April 2011.
Medical received 17 August 2011.
Medical send 17 September 2011.

I have also hired a Canadian Immigration consultant on 18 April 2011.

My eCAS still says "In Process". If I click on "In Process" there are only two lines displayed.
We started processing your case on August 11, 2004
Your File was transferred to London on 20, April 2011

I have heard that for Pakistani applicants it can take 3 - 5 or may be 6 months to go thru background checks.

My case has been in process for over 91 months


Please advice what can i do?
