If a person was arrested but aquitted of any charges but has an exclusion order with the certificate, what are the chances of being able to come once the time is up? If you have the visa you just come or is there a procedure?

If you left on your own without being deported, then you would simply apply for a TRV when you wish to return (after your exclusion order is over). It's unfortunately impossible for any of us to say what the chances are of that TRV being approved.

I had exclusion order too, no criminal at all. I want to apply Visitor visa but really don't know the chance being approved. If you had visa then just go.
