Hello, i was giving an exclusion order on jan 20 2014. I am a US citizen my husband is in immigration process . How long b4 i am able to return ..

not until the exclusion order is lifted. if it was a 1 year exclusion order, then you are free to return as a visitor on Jan 20, 2015. The document you received would tell you the exact date.

if you have a PR application in process, it certainly won't be approved until you either apply for an "authorization to return to canada" or the exclusion order is lifted. Whether or not the visa office actually starts processing it until that time is anyone's guess.
