If you want to study in Canada, look at Canadian universites and colleges, apply and get accepted and then apply for a study permit. Your husband needs to apply for a spousal work permit. You need to pay first year tuition and show a minimum of $13k in funds for both of you. Spousal work permits are not guaranteed so plan to study in Canada without him.
