Hello everyone. This is Konstantinos, from Athens, Greece. I am Electrical Engineer and soon I will come to work in Canada. I noticed that examination syllabus will be required to check my academic knowledge needed to be licensed in Canada. It is not problem, because I have already had this knowledge, and it will not be very difficult to pass the exams.
But I am just wondering about two things:
1) When will it be required to pass the exams of the syllabus? In the first period of my moving to Canada for having the opportunity to work as Engineer-in-Training, or I will be able to work in this level without the exams, but after a few years, examinations will be required for becoming Professional Engineer?
2) In how much time, I will have the ability to pass the exams (22 examinations)? In a short period, for example 30 days, or very longer, for example 2 years?
Thanks in advance.
