So actually, since I'm 26 years old and my parents are still living, I know that my brother (Canadian citizen with family) cannot sponsor me under the Family Sponsorship... however, I've seen info online that it's still possible for me to apply by myself for permanent residency.

But this is where I get confused. I don't know what exact type of visa I should be following, so I'm not quite sure what requirements I should submit. (Obviously, my brother will vouch for my application).

Any advice?

P.S. I do NOT plan to go under the EE visa application class. I'm already working as a self-employed person (but I believe I'm not qualified for the self-employed visa clause either.
